Aviocomunicare ('your turn to express yourself') was Telecom Italia's authentic attempt to stay in touch with its consumers. An online 'blorum' was devised, where people could discuss major issues - and respond to input from global opinion leaders. More than 400,000 Italians contributed to the site over four weeks, with the majority engaging positively with the telecoms provider. 		- Dialogue (2)
